So much Asian influences on those two; skinny bones & structured jawlines. Monster mantis on the 1st has an almost Javanese poised to it - at least that's how men of Java looked like in past history: skeleton-ish & petite. The 2nd sculpture has an almost 'dynastic' feel to it. Reminds me alot of Keats's 'Ode On A Grecian Urn'. His intended 'deep in thoughts' makes him almost ancient; bruising further his manly ego as depicted by his broad warrior-ish shoulder.
